The Laserfast journey began in Melbourne in 1996, founded with the goal of providing affordable, reliable printer repair and maintenance services to local businesses. As the business grew, so did our offering — expanding to include print hardware, consumables, managed print services and broader technology support.
From the beginning, Laserfast has been driven by a strong client-focused approach. Our team has always been committed to delivering the right outcomes for clients, with practical solutions tailored to the needs of each business and industry. This commitment has helped us build a solid reputation as a trusted provider in the print services industry.
While Laserfast is best known for print repairs and managed print solutions, IT services have also formed part of our broader capability for many years. In 2021, our IT division was established as a separate business under the name 4Squared Solutions, allowing that area of the business to focus specifically on IT support, infrastructure, cloud, security and technology procurement.
We are now bringing that IT capability back under the Laserfast banner. This means our clients can continue to rely on the same Laserfast service and support they know, while also accessing a dedicated IT services division through one trusted business.
