SUPPORTFAST IT Support Services

SUPPORTFAST is our portfolio of traditional demand based IT services. Offering break-fix, on-demand support and prepaid blocks,  SUPPORTFAST is geared toward organizations with their own IT staff which may require additional skills/support and those organizations wanting to stay with a traditional pay-as-you-go or a consumption based IT service model. SUPPORTFAST offers tiered charges based on the skill level of the IT engineer or consultant required, the urgency of the call, and the time of service. Whether you need a Level 1 (Desktop) engineer for 2 hours, a Level 3 (Senior Infrastructure) engineer for an emergency after-hours breakdown, or a Level 2 (Senior) engineer for 3 days for some server builds, we have skilled and certified IT engineers to meet most requirements.  And if you intend to consume more than 20hrs within 12 months, then you can also choose one of our pre-paid block options. Providing options of 20, 40, 50, 80 and 100 units, and all featuring a generous SLA for guaranteed response times plus an assigned engineer, our SUPPORTFAST:Block services are extremely popular among our regular clients who consume lots of hours.

SUPPORTFAST:Standard

When you require standard onsite or remote based IT support for general IT issues during business hours, and are happy to be allocated any available qualified engineer then this may be the ideal service for you. SUPPORTFAST:Standard is a traditional on-demand reactive pay-per-service based IT offering, so whether you have a few general issues, need to setup a new PC or Printer, or just about any general IT issue, then just call or fill out an online inquiry to discuss your requirements or book in.

SUPPORTFAST:Block

This is our pre-paid block service. Designed primarily for businesses with their own IT staff to supplement skills, fill in for staff absences, or to provide the Level 2 or Level 3 engineers for internal projects on servers and infrastructure, SUPPORTFAST:Block is a hugely popular service in our SSUPPORTFAST portfolio. SUPPORTFAST:Block is available in 20, 40, 50, 80 and 100 units, and can be used for Level 1, 2 or 3 engineers, and also for after-hours work if required.

SUPPORTFAST:EMS

SUPPORTFAST:EMS is our premium emergency break-fix service with a fast response time. This premium service will have a suitably skilled Level2/3 senior engineer attend (typically) onsite in the shortest possible time-frame to handle an emergency system breakdown  of servers or infrastructure. With SUPPORTFAST:EMS, we will guarantee to have a senior engineer attend with 2hrs (3hr after hrs) which is billed at a premium hourly post-billed rate. This service is best effort, and is not a guaranteed restoration based service, so the service fee will be payable regardless of outcome. We stipulate this as we are typically unaware of the environment, recovery options, any previous fix attempt which may have gone badly, and of the breakdown cause on arrival to the engagement.
