• We are able to fix 80% of printers on our first visit. 
  We stock the vast majority of parts for the major brands such as HP, Lexmark, Samsung, Brother, Konica, Kyocera and Ricoh and as such, we can fix devices quickly without having to wait for parts from suppliers
• No obligation quotation on parts (if required) 
  It’s your decision whether to proceed with a repair and we can usually offer advice on the value of the machine versus the cost of the repair
