What are “consumables”?
“Consumables” is a term that refers to the items that a printer or MFD uses to print and which are worn out or drained with use and are often referred to as “Printer & MFD Supplies”. Examples include printer cartridges, toners, fuser units, rollers and paper. What is an “MFD”?
“MFD” is an acronym for “Multi-function Device” and refers to a print device that has the capability to do more than just print pages. Most MFDs have the capability to scan, fax, copy and email documents as well as printing. MFDs can also be referred to as an “MFP” or “Multi-function Printer”.
MFDs can range in size from small desktop units suitable for home or small office use, up to large floor standing units that can cope with outputs in excess of thousands of pages per day.

I’m thinking about getting a new printer or MFD, but I’m not sure which device will suit my needs, can I get advice from LaserFast?

Does LaserFast offer delivery and installation options for new printers and MFDs?
AYes we do. All our quotes for new printers and MFDs will include delivery. We also offer installation and training options for new devices.

Will LaserFast remove my old printer for me?
Yes we can but you will need to request this when you are making arrangements to get a new printer or MFD from LaserFast. We will then organise the pickup of your old printer and make sure it is disposed of in the most ecologically friendly way possible. Please see our printer recycling page for more information.

Does LaserFast offer cartridge recycling programs?

Does LaserFast offer a warranty on printers and supplies?
Yes we do. All items purchased from LaserFast are covered by the manufacturers’ warranty. We also offer extended warranties for great prices that will give you even more peace of mind. If my item is faulty can I return it for a replacement?
Yes in most cases (subject to the manufacturers’ terms and conditions). However it is important that you call us first on 1300 LASERFAST (1300 527 373) so we can give you instructions on the procedure to follow.

Does LaserFast offer leasing and other finance options for printer and/or MFD procurement?
