LaserFast's goal is to make logging service calls and ordering consumables easy. A number of systems designed to simplify the ordering process have been developed. Choose the solution which best suits your requirements and enjoy fast, reliable service.
INTERNET
Place your order via the Internet, using the online system. The LaserFast Online Facility allows registered users to:
- Log a Service Call
- Track Service Call Status
- Order Consumables
- Review Recent Consumables Ordered
The features of this service include:
- You will be issued with a LaserFast job reference number for your records.
- The service will display all locations on record for you and allow you to select the correct location for the job.
- The service will display all people on record from your organisation and allow you to select one or add additional names for the logger and service contact name.
- You are able to select to have a completion message emailed to any address you specify when the job is completed.
- All service calls logged in this manner may be looked at via the Service Call Status Enquiry.
- You can also order consumables for a large range of printing devices.
- Consumables ordered in this manner may be looked at via the Recent Consumables Ordered Enquiry.
