Merv is one of the two owners of LaserFast. He has been responsible for many of the innovative marketing strategies implemented by LaserFast over the years. He has a strong background in sales and marketing in the IT industry. Married with three children, Merv’s vision for LaserFast is to make the company one of the best known and leading customer service companies in the country – across all industry sectors. Merv states, “We have always strived to be a well organised and efficient service company, delivering the minimum downtime and rapid response as demanded in the competitive Australian business environment.”

Michael is the other owner of LaserFast. He is a trained Systems Analyst and has successfully implemented technology that has allowed LaserFast to become one of the premier service companies in Australia. Michael has an MBA and is a Nidan (second dan) in Aikido. He is married and has two children. According to Michael, “…we were determined from the outset of LaserFast to offer a service that exceeded current market standards. The challenge at LaserFast is to constantly raise the bar to improve our performance.”

Chris Ambrose has been appointed General Manager of LaserFast, effective July 1, 2006.
Chris was previously LaserFast’s National Operations Manager and since joining the company over three years ago,
he has always operated professionally and with great dedication, and has proven leadership qualities.
His responsibilities extend to each part of the business –
the traditional LaserFast on site service, the consumables division and LaserFast Managed Print Services.

Recently a father for the first time,
Chris has many eclectic talents and interests and enjoyed a past career as a professional rock musician.
